How to use the rosters

The rosters are spreadsheets are stored on a Google server on the internet.
You do not need to download or save a copy of the spreadsheet to your local device.

Arranging a roster swap:
Everyone manages their own rosters.
If you need to change a rostered time, use the handbook to lookup the contact details of other members of the club, and arrange a swap.
When agreed, open the editable copy of the spreadsheet and make the change to the roster.
Bar roster - when changing your roster, use the Bar-RSA tab to find a suitability RSA qualified replacement

At anytime, you will be able to go to the website and see who is rostered on in the coming weeks, and when your next roster is scheduled.
